Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The staff does not seem to have a clear understanding of the company’s policies, and many of the employees appear inexperienced and lack the proper training to handle customer concerns professionally. I have been trying for over two months to complete an exchange for an item that is covered under warranty. I have visited the location more than twice, and instead of receiving a solution, I continue to be sent back and forth without any resolution. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. After more than two months, I should not still be trying to resolve a straightforward warranty issue. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have had.

BEST TENNIS STORE IN MIAMI! If you’re looking for a tennis store that has everything you could possibly need, Tennis Plaza in Doral is the place to go! They have a huge selection of tennis shoes, rackets, apparel, and even a wide variety of padel rackets. One of my favorite things about the store is the massive selection of tennis bags it’s honestly the biggest selection I’ve ever seen! As well as having gear for adults, juniors, and beginners, so there’s something for everyone . They also have all the tennis accessories like grips, strings, dampeners, lead tape, and stencils from every major tennis brand. Whether you’re a beginner or a serious tennis player, if you are looking for anything tennis related, Tennis Plaza is definitely the place to go!

Mafer at Tennis Plaza Doral was extremely knowledgeable about the tennis racquets I wanted to gift to my husband. She really made my decision so much easier! Amazing experience at Tennis Plaza Doral From the moment I walked in, the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. They assisted me right away and made everything so easy. THE BEST TENNIS PLAZA IN SOUTH FLORIDA!!! GO HERE FOR YOUR TENNIS NEEDS!! Cris is always super helpful, and the entire staff here is so friendly, knowledgeable, and they always string my racquets quickly and on time. Could not ask for better.
